I've Been Framed! Quilt Pattern

Frame a beautiful embroidery design, printed photo fabric, unique antique textiles or whatever tickles your fancy and create a beautiful quilted wall-hanging! This pattern contains two frame appliqué designs and a curved quilt border template. Pictorial instructions give you directions for making freezer paper templates with the frame patterns for turned edge appliqués, applying the appliqués by machine or hand, and using the frames to showcase a large embroidery design as well as suggestions for finishing the quilt and adding other embellishments.

Each frame requires approximately 16” x 20” of fabric or 1 fat quarter. To make a quilt similar to the photo shown below you will need approximately 2 yards of quilt top fabric and 2 yards of quilt back fabric plus batting and fabric for the bias binding. The frames shown on the quilt below are stuffed to create added dimension. Instructions to do so are also included with the pattern directions. The frames are large enough to enclose a 6” x 10” or slightly larger embroidery design.

The pattern package contains printed paper patterns for the oval and rectangle frame appliqués, border template pattern and printed instructions and will be delivered to you via USA postal service.

The embroidery designs shown on the sample quilt are from the Flouncy Frocks collection.

Note - Shipping is included in the price for continental USA addresses. An additional shipping fee will be added to international orders.
